Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that utilizes a chair to sit in, or as a support while standing. Chair yoga is aimed at increasing flexibility, strength and improving balance. Regular participation in these activities can help reduce risk of falls, increase mental clarity, and alleviate stress and anxiety.

Chair Yoga is a good stepping stone for those who would like to participate in yoga mat-based classes in the future. Anyone can do chair yoga! Sherry will lead you through gentle yoga poses, sitting in or standing next to the chair, and modify the poses as needed depending on your ability.

Come to class in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. No need for special yoga clothes. Bring water to keep hydrated. A chair will be provided.

Looking for a fun afternoon? Enjoy playing games and being with friends? Come join us the second Tuesday of each month. We will begin sharing lunch together – please bring a sack lunch! We enjoy a variety of games so come ready to have fun! If you have any questions please contact the church office or Kathy Kitchell!

Heartfelt Stitchers

Our Heartfelt Stitchers program meets the first Wednesday of the month at 9:00 am -12:00 pm in the Faith Building 7&9 to make blankets for individuals experiencing a crisis in their lives and or projects for the community.

You don’t have to have any sewing skills to participate. There is always cutting, sorting etc..

We look forward meeting you.

Come join us – we are a group of mature women seeking to know God better through our service to others and through fellowship. We meet the first Monday of each month at 10:00 AM in the Faith Building Room 6 & 8 with an occasional lunch meeting for fun! We would love to have you become a part of our ministry together.

Mom Connection

Mom Connection a small group to help the moms in our community connect through fun activities, fellowship, prayer, and support. We have created a calendar for 2023 that will interweave activities within the community of Tomball and at TMC; some are for moms only, some are service focused, and some are family events that include spouses and children. We hope to see you at all events that will work for your schedule. Please check out the calendar of events in our group on CCB.
