The Collective begins Wednesday, January 18, 2023

Prayer/Praise Yoga

Join us for yoga ready to unite your mind, body and spirit with our Maker. The classes will be structured for beginners and more advanced “yogis”. This is a time for you to relax and take care of your bodies that God created so you can better serve Him. Please consider bringing the following items:  yoga mat, water, towel, yoga blocks and strap. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to bend and move.

Our yoga instructor is Sherry Montes. Wednesdays 6:30pm in the Chapel.

The Nicene Creed

The Nicene Creed study will look at where did this creed come from, why we use it and why we don’t use it always, some of the history and information about how it came to be.  Led by Pastor Chuck Lightle.  Come join us for a fun, informative look at things that are important to us.

Beginning January 18th at 6:30pm Room Faith Building 5

The Tech-Wise Family

Making intentional choices about technology in our families is about more than internet filters and screen time limits for our children. It’s about developing wisdom, character, and courage in the way we use digital media rather than accepting technology’s promises of ease, instant gratification and the world at our fingertips. And it’s definitely not just about the kids.

In this class we will go beyond the typical questions of what, where, and when and instead invites you to answer provocative questions and new ways to cultivate deeper connections as a family.

The Wesleyan Way

The Wesleyan Way

This is an in-depth Bible Study about what Methodists Believe.  It follows the doctrinal standards of Wesleyan churches including John Wesley’s Articles of Religion, the texts of the ancient creeds of faith and Wesley’s sermons and notes on the New Testament.  But mainly we will be studying the Biblical source of these doctrinal elements.  No registration needed and feel free to come any weeks you are able, as one week does not build on another.  Bring your Bible and study materials will be given out at the study.

Begins Wednesday evening, January 18th at 6:30 in Faith Building 7 & 9.
