The Gospel Of Mark

The Gospel of Mark, featuring Francis Chan. This 11-week Bible study, filmed on location in Israel, is meant to be more than an intellectual analysis of Mark’s gospel. It’s a journey intended to lead you along in the footsteps of Jesus as he walks the road from Galilee to Jerusalem.

Psalm 119 with Matt Chandler

Even the most mature believers face dark nights of the soul. During those times God seems distant, his Word feels dry, and the vibrant intimacy we knew before seems absent leaving us wondering, “Where is the Lord in this?” In Psalm 119, Matt Chandler aims to introduce viewers to the words of King David who experienced similar seasons of life. Serving as the anchor for the study, Psalm 119 demonstrates the power of God’s Word in the lives of believers and its ability to provide a warm blanket for the soul.

Untangle Your Emotions

What if instead of ignoring our feelings, we noticed them, named them, and let God use them to draw us closer to himself and others? Many of us need to unlearn damaging messages about our emotions. We’ve been taught, for example, that emotions are untrustworthy, when, in fact, God can use them to help us see where we need his healing. In this six-session series (3 weeks), Jennie Allen uses scientific research, biblical insight, and her own story to help you name and navigate your emotions and learn how they can draw you closer to the God who made you—soul, mind, and heart.

The Wellbeing Journey

Living on Empty?

The Wellbeing Journey is a an 8 week study that explores holistic wellness: body, mind and spirit and is based around seven key areas of wellbeing – mindset, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational – to help you discover how to run on a full tank.

Collective Joy Choir

During our connect groups on Wednesday nights we’ve added choir time. Why? To be able to perform at events such as Palm Sunday, nursing home visits, Trail of Lights, Christmas Eve service, etc. The kids will learn a few songs at the beginning of the collective semester and rehearse them for 20-30 minutes each night leading up to whichever performance is coming up. It’s lots of fun! We’d love to have you for all of the night and to stay for the connect groups too, but if you’re just interested in choir, it’s from 6:40pm-7:00pm in room 13 of the Faith Building.
