Land and Building

Below you will find some documents that will keep you informed about the Land/Building Proposal the Board of Stewards has brought to the congregation.  One of the files contains Questions and Answers that have been raised about the proposal.  That document will be updated after each of the Cottage Meetings we have to include additional questions that have been asked.  Please check back to see if new questions and answers have been added.

The other document includes possible floor plans and ideas that might be achieved through renovation of the FLC as well as a picture of the land we are proposing to sell.  Keep in mind these are not final drawings, but are only conceptual so we can have an idea what we might be able to accomplish.

We have set the date for the Church Conference, it will be Sunday, September 21 @ 5 pm in the Sanctuary.  The meeting is for all active church members to consider and vote on the Proposal from the Board of Stewards regarding the sale of up to 12 acres of our 20 acre tract on the East side of our campus and how the Board proposes to use the proceeds from the land sale to pay off our debt, establish a self-funded line of credit, take care of some major deferred maintenance needs and renovate the FLC.
